Batch Report
A batch report covers one reference in one or more colors. From the total quantity presented, a sample is inspected. Each detected defect is recorded with photos, measurements, and comments. Detailed results by criterion (quality, compliance, etc.) and overall score.
Combined Batch Report
This type of report groups multiple references into a single PDF document. Sampling is applied independently for each included reference. Ideal for combining multiple batch reports into one file.
Piece Report
Each piece is identified by a serial number and evaluated individually. Defects are recorded for each piece. Acceptance or rejection is decided piece by piece, independently of the overall report result.
Checklist Report
Define control points with illustrations to clarify expectations for each controlled product. Each point is evaluated and associated with photos for visual tracking.
