Control of raw materials and accessories
Whether you work by the piece (fabric purchase and subcontracting of manufacturing) or design finished products, Qbook.io adapts to your inspection plan.
Raw materials are subject to fabric visits (inspection reports) and laboratory tests according to their color and composition (test reports).
Launch and monitoring of production
The pre-production meeting allows you to finalize the last comments and actions based on the compliance sample before production starts. This step gives rise to an inspection report.
Once production is launched, one or more inline controls can be carried out, with inspection reports and associated corrective actions.
Control of finished products
Three types of controls can be combined depending on the supplier’s risk level: Self-control by the manufacturer for a first assessment. Control at the production site by an external control office or by the brand’s quality controllers. Reception control in the brand’s warehouse once the goods are delivered.
